Unable yo get appointments. Always being told to call at 08.00 hrs but line remains busy. If the call gets through most of the time all appointments are gone. Recently got through only after 5-8 mins of hold time, got appointment booked but unfortunately missed Dr's call although my phone was not busy. Unsure why the call didnt show up at the time of the call on that day. If calling the surgery around 09.00 hrs, all appointments are gone. Was also being told cannot attend the Surgery directly. Phone appointments should be booked first and when the Dr calls for the consultation, he will decide if patient need to come face to face. Weekends Out of hours appointments not available when requested on a Thursday if any weekends Out of hours could be booked. Also before the surgery was calling or texting to inform that they have got the results for scan/blood test etc. Now it's not the case. On few occasions, I had to call to check if the hospital has sent the results to the surgery. Disappointed as I am not a regular GP patient calling everytime. But when I need to get an appointment, I have to struggle to get one. No waiting list option either when asked. However, the Doctors I dealt with last year in April and June/July were both caring - gave good services and advice on the health issues I was facing.

I have been with this doctors surgery for many years & yes sometimes it's hard to get through ( like most doctors, they are constantly busy ) but iv always managed to get an appointment. Even during the pandemic if the doctor feels you need to be seen you go straight there, no problem! I like the doctors & nurses there, also the receptionists, wendy is always nice & helpful!

Not for me - receptionist is so rude and unhelpful. Doctor is ok but I’ve been to better. Will be looking for a new doctors. Very sad.
