Terrible communication, ridiculous delays, poor quality. Ordered fitted wardrobes. The carcasses have now been in for about 2 months with no rails, missing doors, and no internal lights. Rails have been "on order" for over 3 months, sent them a Wickes order I had delivered in 2 days for rails and apparently they're the same. Disgraceful. Ordered a small window. Window was made without agreeing a design with us first, frame is bigger than we wanted. We didn’t make them redo it as we needed to get a window and door into a room so we could carry on building. The door they also supplied still isn’t finished 5 months later so we haven’t been able to progress. The window was also supposed to have beading to match the door. It doesn’t.
