Tiffany is an absolute credit to this business. Her customer service is first class. She goes over and above the call of duty to ensure that my Mom gets all the correct medication in blister packs in a timely manner. She deals with all the liason with the doctors so that I don't have to and takes all the stress out of my hands. Keeps me informed at all times in a polite, friendly and professional way. I haven't experienced customer service like it and it makes me feel like I wouldn't want to use any other pharmacy than Knights.

Bloody useless, some of us still work and don't always get home in time to pick up our repeat prescription, so it's left till a Saturday, would be nice if tell people you now shut at 1pm an not 3pm any more

As a manager of a local care home I have to say that the service we receive from this pharmacy is fantastic. They are always happy to help if they are able to and have gone above and beyond to ensure all people we support have their medication on time. I am especially thankful to two of the staff , Tiffany and Becky , as they have always come to the rescue when I have had a problem. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.
