Aside from the product price being on par with the best of their rivals, the purchasing process is ronseal: staff’s attitude is very engaging; knowledgeability on handling detailed qs expert level; delivery timescales are super quick as advertised; updates on delivery progress are frequent & set expectations in a timely manner… overall it’s as slick as you’d hope for. I’ve also been through the part-exchange & product install troubleshooting process… again, the part-x value was ahead of the competition and issue resolution process was pain free, avoiding the need to engage with what would be a far more onerous process in seeking help from the manufacturer.
