Isaac, Nathan and the team were so professional, on the ball & brilliant in keeping the chain together, and making it happen with constant updates and communication, and mediation when needed. Knight Richardson acted as conveyancer to the seller of the property I bought. For seven months after completion they did not forward a payment for Service Charges, which had been their legal duty to do. As a result of this I was unable to register the Title of the property in my name. (The Land Registry requires a document which could not be issued until the payment had been made). During this time I was also unable to register with the Management Company of the housing development. My own solicitor reported Knight Richardson to the regulating body. This is a company to avoid!
