I was so happy when i first went to Knights and they couldnt have been any nicer when i was first designing my home etc they couldnt help me enough. When i got my caravan though and i started to find everything that was wrong with it trying to get someone to sort it has been a nightmare. Firstly we went with who they recommended to deliver the caravan and they dropped it a couple of times damaging my cooker with the Vent hanging off the wall and the wood underneath my caravan as well, i messaged Tom straight away and he was very quick to respond and try to sort the repair which took 3 weeks for someone to come and repair the cooker by this time we found loads more wrong. The single door was leaking and letting water through as it doesnt fit property. The hob doesnt fit properly in the hole so it is just full of mastic and scratches everywhere. None of the cupboard doors line up they are all wonky and you can see through the gap into the cupboard. My draws are all wonky as well. I used the shower for the first time and it flooded my bathroom floor. There are scratches in my ceiling and they have just painted over it. My toilet has leaked since day 1 which .... we have tried talking to people and sorting it out but no one wants to know. They were quick to take our money but now they have it they dont want to know - we are looking into taking them to court as this is causing me such bad nerves the home i should be in love with is becoming a nightmare, if i could score zero i would!

I would've liked to put zero stars. When we purchased the unit they were so helpful. Viewed it before delivery, gave them a snagging list. Said it would be done. Nothing was done, spent weeks trying, then found out that, there was only 25mm of insulation in the roof we paid for extra. After about 6 months of false promises. We took them to court we won. Then had to go to the high court to get the bailiffs in. Even then they tried not to pay. We got our money. So if your home is faulty take them to court. Even better advice is not to buy off them in the first place.
