He was extremely helpful all the way during the process, providing very trustworthy and prompt communication, and really helped in addressing issues directly with the Seller when the negotiations got tricky and were dragging along.

Knight Frank contractors accessed and damaged my property and rummaged through personal items without permission from the tenant OR the landlord. In fact, the landlord stated that Knight Frank arranged "repairs" to the property that he explicitly told them not to perform, yet they did it anyway and then charged him. When I notified Knight Frank their contractors had left my boiler on, causing large utility bills, and damaged the property, they failed to follow up or notify the landlord, obviously because it would not be a good look for them. They are basically in this business to rip off both the tenant and the landlord. When confronted, they basically gaslight tenants and landlords. No responsibility or accountability. This is incredibly egregious conduct by Knight Frank in my opinion.

Fahed Saroya! What’s an absolute incredible property manager he has been. I’ve been with Knight Frank for the last 4 years and my only issue was the fact I never had one point of contact. As it seemed knights franks staff were continuously changing. So I constantly had to repeat myself or chase issues for months, which was a real nightmare. Once Fahed Saroya became my property manager, his efficiency and proactive management style has been absolutely incredible!! He visited my apartment for a checkup and fixed all faults I was experiencing by chasing engineers to attend my property within days. Faults that i casually decided to live with because of the previous issues I had chasing previous property managers who failed to refer these issues to an engineer. Fahed level of professionalism has been unbelievable! I had all intentions of moving out this year due to the previous management style but with Fahed here, I will absolutely be renewing my tenancy agreement. 5 Star ratings!

Isabella Maltman, one of the letting agents has caused me significant distress around the Christmas and winter holiday season with the rising bills i need to pay. I entered into a deposit dispute over a sum of £2.2k deposit, in which the landlord and I had a dispute over £400 with the remainder £1,790.30 being undisputed. Instead of releasing the undisputed amount (which i have urgently needed to pay the rising bills over winter) Knight Frank have pressured me into raising the dispute to TDS over the full amount so that it is unlikely i will get any of my money returned until the case is resolved. Who knows, either way the whole process has been massively unclear. At first it seemed they woudl give the undisputed amount back but then after sending my bank details and chasing them on the phone they said they needed the landlord to confirm again on email (even though he already had). After finally chasing the landlord down again he was annoyed he had to make a further confirmation that my undisputed amount can be returned. On for THEN knight frank to tell me that i need to raise the dispute with TDS before anything can be returned. Then finally after doing that they said they needed my bank details again (id already provided them) and they could either return the undisputed amount or send it to TDS. It’s still not clear whats going on. Terrible post tenancy service all around.
