    My experience with KF has been awful. After making an offer and putting in a deposit, the agent was impossible to reach and ignored multiple requests for assistance and information. They only contacted me for move-in last minute, necessitating a lot of last minute arrangements on my part. I moved in on 8 September. Half the lights were burned out, all of the drains were plugged, and the carpet has been ruined by an ink pen "exploding" on the previous tenant. All of this required multiple visits from the property manager to fix. The TV was non-functional and I had to purchase my own after the property manager refused to accept responsibility. The towel heater still doesn't work despite multiple calls for service. KF contacted me on 9/17 for a satisfaction survey and I told them all this. They told me they'd be in touch, but I have heard nothing (today is 9/29).

    We found our dream home in Wapping with Knight Frank. Lily Weafer was our property manager for almost 3 years. Lily has been amazing and we would recommend working with her to any of our friends. She has always been so prompt in her responses. Lily has always paid attention to any concerns we had, providing us with advice when needed. Probably one of the most important things - she has been keeping a good relationship between us and the landlord even when any issues were arising with the apartment. Lily has always been very kind in all communication, very understanding to our concerns. Anytime we needed something fixed - she made sure this was completed as soon as possible. We were very happy with her being our property manager. Thank you very much Lily!
