Wow, Ethan and Aaron have been fantastic. I presented them with an ongoing issue around my shoulder blade. Both identified a stability issue around my left shoulder and upper back, resulting in poor lock-out and pushing ability in dynamic movements. A series of stability exercises and soft tissue work was prescribed and soon got me moving well again across a range of moments, including snatch, handstand walks and ring muscle ups. NOT ONCE did they ask me to stop working out or “rest more”, something we all hear when often it's not needed and does more harm than good. Go see them.

really pleased with the treatment I received for my knee from Nathan @ Regen. Nathan was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed at every stage of the process, as well as been friendly, punctual and welcoming and he made me feel at ease. I had a very sore shoulder. Ethan Bray at York spent a lot of time taking my history and correctly diagnosing the problem. He expertly manipulated it and gave me a plan of exercises. Within one week my shoulder was 90% improved. He is very efficient, kind and professional. I am really grateful to be free from pain. We are now working on my long term plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend this physiotherapy service.
