Bought the Igneus minimo 12 months ago in the middle of lockdown. We were passing the warehouse on the bank holiday and they very kindly opened up and welcomed us in, spent time discussing the types of oven. I have had a few issues with the fire brick base and on each occasion they have been very willing to sort the issue. After sales service has been great. Would recommend this company.

We bought a Igneus Classico and from the Pizza Oven Shop in October 2021. We visited the shop on a Saturday and received great personal service. There was a selection of ovens to suit every budget and we left very happy with the Classico in the boot of the car. We have used it every week since despite snow and rain. Its fast becoming a Friday night family tradition :) - We even roast a chicken or similar after the Pizza's for Saturday teatime. The only issue is that I can never buy another take away pizza again because it can never be as good as what I can make at home :) Also, recently we had a fire brick crack. The Pizza Oven Shop replaced it under warranty no questions asked. If you are interested in Pizza Ovens I would highly recommend The Pizza Oven Shop!
