Would Everest been the better option? Over £33K ordered. Multiple window mechanisms not working, front door lock incorrect and rectangular glass pain provided for square window, 3 months later and still Kloeber have not fixed the issues despite ongoing follow ups.

Paint began falling of and delaminating less than a year after receiving the windows. Kloeber will supply a replacement to the failing parts but will not cover the labour to install them. This is very unfair as it is now going to cost me to rectify their poor quality paintwork. I'm very annoyed by this as I am not at fault. I was aware of their warranty was very limited (and arguable hardly worth having) but I am very disappointed to see these defects less than a year in. In addition to this, when the windows were first delivered, one was incorrectly handed so I had to wait for a replacement which delayed my project, again meaning that i had to incur costs at no fault of my own.

We got a front door from this company with glazed side and top panels (above the door) too. It is a absolutely beautiful and we have received many compliments on the door, it is so solid and well made. Troy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as we had a few issues with sizing due to the gap not being built when we began ordering the door. Troy guided us through the process and responded to my many questions very promptly and courteously. Would definitely recommend this company.

Went there last week on the recommendation of my builder. I needed new windows for a bungalow renovation plus bifold doors. I was very impressed. Very helpful staff and really beautiful products. Within hours I had a detailed quote to consider and they checked my plans and building control documents. They also worked out how to save me money by buying a standard sized bifold rather than a custom made one, following a tweak to my plans. They're now dealing directly with my builder to sort the installation. I am already recommending them to people and I look forward to seeing the finished job.

Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. Such a shame as their windows and doors look lovely but they messed up our survey which we had to pay for which meant there was a long delay in receiving one of our windows and therefore had to live with a board on said window. When we finally got the window, it was without a child lock but we had waited so long already, we didn’t want to wait any longer for another window. Kloeber charge an outrageous amount to fit the windows so we had to find someone else and not many fitters were willing to take it on. On top of that a window has already blown 4 years down the line. Whilst the Kloeber guarantee means we get a new window pane, they are trying to charge us an obscene amount to fit it. All in all the process was very stressful, not easy, and we have little faith in the quality of products now

Active Weight Training
Ordered 3 no 2.0 x 1.5 m roof lights. Quality of manufacture fine but let down by careless packaging. Instead of shipping these fragile products securely with corners, edges and glass protected during transit they were despatched one one top of another with a piece of timber in between. The frames had some sticky tape on them and the glass a thin plastic film. Your competitors do better and it means their products can be off loaded and moved around building sites with minimal risk of accidental damage. Come on Klober, you charge a premium price so back it up all the way from manufacture to safe delivery on site. Don’t suppose you’ll acknowledge this but you asked for my views so I’ve given them!
