Just been run off the road by owner of this business (visibly looking down at phone in his white BMW - drifted into our lane on Barbican Road) when I caught back up and drove alongside, he was still looking down at phone! I’ve had my car washed by him in the past and he goes so fast with the pressure washer he bumps the car. I called him out on it once and he said “no I didn’t, get out and check if you don’t believe me.” - a clever trick because obviously I wasn’t going to know exactly where to look. And when cars are soaking wet and/or in shade, marks aren’t as visible.
