My daughter & I visited and used the FB promo to have a wash,cut & BD. My daughters haircut was fine, however mine wasn't as expected and knew they werent going to redo it all. The girl I had seemed to be over challenged and missed info on my hair during discussion so therefore used wrong products including the type of blow drying brush. My daughter was finished and so were the other stylists and I think they wanted me out of the salon. My hair needed re-washing with the right products and blow drying again. They forgot about my fringe and just wanted me out the door and the issue with my flat thin hair couldn't be fixed that quick. I know it's hard as lived with thin hair for years, I use last rinse with colder water, drying hair upside down, many many volume shampoos,conditioners & blowdrying products,big round brushes & velcro curlers so it's not an easy job!
