This company is a scam. They scam small businesses for monthly subscription fees that you are not able to cancel/delete. By far the worst service by customer service support Katherine and customer service so call manager (or an intern) Joe. We then had an email from Claire Longrigg, Customer Advocacy Manager, EMEA who is equally as useless and condoned Klaviyo's illegal behaviour. We are now filing court papers to get our money back and our data removed that they have stolen and are still using month in month out. They have stored our credit card and have kept charging monthly despite no authorisation given!
