Visited the store on 2and August at midday. I had taken my 82 year old mother to the garden centre and saw Klass had a sale. Picked a few items only to be told by the two very rude women serving that they had been priced wrongly so either we paid more or don't have them! They accused us of changing the tags and only when the taller woman went to check she discovered all the prices were wrong. She swiftly moved them off the shelf. I took a photo of the price tags so we could check them against the receipt and as I was taking a photo of the items removed the taller woman pushed me. Terrible service, felt quite traumatised after. We made a complaint to the store and they said they often have complaints about them. What a terrible shame the garden centre allow them to trade there as they really let the store down! Avoid at all cost would be my review.

Parking ok. Klass is alwsys goodcto have a nose & find something nice to wear. Staff helpful but not pushy. The rest of Newnham Court has a vast range of plants etc. Various other goods but strange in one of gift type shops there were no staff so had to take to main till. I would imagine this could leave them wide open to hefty losses of people aren't honest. We wanted to buy a panama hat but didnt feel comfortable with set up so left it.
