    Very bad service . Bought stuff on 3 instalment bases but surprisingly the whole amount been taken off from my bank account .the live chat is rubbish they can’t even understand what we talking about neither they can give you correct information about the purchase .as they can’t track what’s going on with the order .wasted one hour of my precious life .when contacted customer Service ,they admitted their technical fault and also wasting 1 hour on chat . But no apologies given and no compensation either .and Mr .Adil who I spoke to said company policy is not to connect to the manager . As no managers are allowed to talk to customers .was told within 2 days manager would contact me today is the 3 rd day no response yet .very bad and shocking .now you saying I need to get back to them to waste more time ?? Why can’t you ask them to reply with resolution and also compensate for this mess ?? Rajesh on the chat area said manager will reply in 2 days . Than customer service rep Advil said he can’t connect to manager as it’s against the company policy .do me a favour .ask your manager to reply me on the chat as promised with resolution and compensate for the time wasted please .thank you

    Would be zero. Terrible experience. Purchased an EV charger with one of their sponsored sites. They didn't turn up, so I asked for a refund. It's been 25 days. Now since I paid. About 300 hours waiting on line chat, all to no avail, they just keep saying investigating.The store purchased from are not being helpful EV fast charging and klarna are doing nothing . Please please be very wary of using these, I am going to complain to ombudsman, don't get caught out like me

    Terrible company. They have nearly £100 of my money which I paid to them and will not refund it. Months of waiting and complaint and yet complaint and no one responds. I now realise they are just incompetent. They were always fine until a company I tried to buy something from (big high street brand) lost an order and now they will not address the issue and treat a customer like dirt. Can not even be referred to a manager. All callers working from home and no one higher up cares - worst ever company I have dealt with - turkey awful.
