Great company to deal with, kept up to date on estimated manufacturing and delivery, which was within a few days accurate. Unfortunately, despite being well packaged, one item was damaged in transit - Klar remanufactured this, provided details of when it was due to be manufactured, it just arrived ahead of schedule. On top of the high customer service very happy with the quality and price.

Having problems getting our delivery as the driver dropped them off the lorry and they have now disappeared and no update from Klar. That was two weeks ago tomorrow ...... we now live with plastic over our openings ! Update. So resorting to this post and using LinkedIn to find the prosper at the top I managed to get some traction and they remade the whole batch. Obviously this could have been done weeks earlier. So august delivery turned into late September… Obviously a good price for decent windows, but ..

Received my window this week, I made a test purchase of just one window before ordering the rest, to see how it goes. Instructions on the website are very poor, when you click through to instructions you just get technical drawings which did not help us. You don’t get any screws or fixings, and the glazing doesn’t come out so you have to screw through the frame in visible areas. This means we will have to source some matching screw caps to hide the screws. There were no instructions for this so we had to guess. Price wise, excellent. Delivery, perfect and on time. Really well packaged window. Qualitywise the window is very good, perfect finish, but for some reason the step was left unfinished. We were expecting it all to be anthracite but the step was bare wood, however it’s a really nice finish so we are not going to paint it to match, just strange that it came this way! As for communication, I’ve had to mark Klar down one star. Originally when I enquired a few months ago sales were very responsive. Something seems to have happened since and now no response to emails and they don’t answer the phones during the times they say they are open on the website, I also selected the option for a “call back” too but didn’t get one. As for future orders, I’m tempted, but going to see how others find Klar to be. I would hate to have a big problem and not be able to get in touch with them. ***** Edit - great response from Klar - changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. I totally get it, they're going through a major transformation right now! :) Very happy with my window.

I ordered two windows and a door from Klar. The ordering process was simple and easy but be careful to select the correct colour as the preview image online doesnt update colour - this led me to getting a white door rather than grey - totally my mistake but worth mentioning. I ordered on the 19th Jan and was given a delivery date of 1st week of March so approximately a 6 week lead time. I was keen to have them installed ASAP so gave myself a week of contingency for delays but this proved to be inadequate as the windows turned up 9 days late - not the fault of KLAR but completely the fault of their transportation partner. I was instructed by the customer service to seek some compensation for the delay (which cost me in lost labour fees) but then was told that I would get nothing. In terms of quality , it is very much a case of you get what you pay for - these are cheap windows and it shows - they didnt clean the frames properly before painting so they have painted in various chips/sawdust which shows - see photos. In terms of supporting documentation, I was told completely contradicting advice when trying to open the door for the first time (you need to lift it by 10mm or so to release it) and when fitting the lock/handle (you DO need to cut down the various bolts provided) - this cost me many hours of confusion/calls etc. I raised the various issues with KLAR and they initially offered me a 20% refund but then reduced this to 15% when I expalined that the poor quality was visible on all three items rather than just one! If the quality and delivery issues can be resolved KLAR has a great future. If not, I think people will ultimately avoid them and opt for firms with better quality control. Ultimately, I will let you all be the judge - see the various photos.

Dire quality , these do not have any form of security certification so building control are very likely to reject. Besides these are made from a very light soft wood which probably wouldn’t stop a cat let alone a burglar. We ordered in 2019 for my mums house in Nottingham and paint bubbles on paint surface and daylight visible on corners of windows . Price was too good to be true for a reason . 2022 and we are still fighting to get our money back . For a company that claims to have 1000 a of satisfied customers in the uk they have no google reviews.. watch how they get this one removed too
