Absolutely appalling. They don’t even deserve one star.I Agreed to purchase the focus mk1 rs focus. Paid a deposit, they upped the price by £2000 so I cancelled the deal and never had the deposit back after phoning several times and also sending several letters with no reply. I paid them a visit and it was all closed up with no access ? They scammed me big time.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy any cars from this company. Dec 29th 2021 I paid a deposit to hold the Mk1 focus rs (still on eBay classifieds) at an agreed price of £13500, when I phoned to arrange collection and payment they upped the price by £3000, obviously I wasn’t interested and smelled a rat ! I still haven’t received my £500 deposit back and the car is now up for sale at £16500 with 137000 miles & number plates are covered? Be warned this is a major scam, not even sure if they still have the car or it exists! It has been up for sale since October 2021? Update Feb 16th 2022. I asked a friend who lived in Birmingham to pay them a visit, you cannot enter the premises it is all closed up as shown in Google maps. He phoned the owner (Jermaine Warner, ..see companies house info) saying he was interested in the rs focus and viewings are by appointment only ? This place is a big scam and needs to be closed down, yet eBay classifieds are still advertising for them. What do you do ?

Based on costumers reviews, OMG it does not look good, also why this company hide the number plates on their cars for sale??!! Normally companies shows number plates so we can check the MOT/history and HPI. It doesn't look right.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY I put a deposit down on the 8th of October and then they told me the engine was knackered so I then told them I didn’t want the car and asked for my money back and it’s been over 2 months since I asked for my money back and still not got anything back I got emailed on Monday saying I will be contacted on Friday at 2 o’clock still haven’t been contacted this is absolutely outrageous I hope this place gets shut down I’m going to the solicitors and sorting it out properly
