I’ve been dealing with Keith for over 20 years with numerous repairs and new roofs on my rented properties during that time. Always settled up with him for works done and never had a problem until now. I recently had a leak at one of my properties and I text him like I normally do. He said he was busy at first but then said he would pass the job over as I never gave him a Google review for previous work done! I just couldn’t believe it. I said to him, what’s more important leaving a review or paying for work done? Never heard anything like it so told him to forget it. Got another roofer to sort the roof without any problems whatsoever and they have agreed to do the job without demanding a review either! People have to understand that reviews are not compulsory and I personally hardly ever leave them but as you have insisted one, you’ve now got it. A very bizarre and bewildering attitude.
