i was at first torn with 4 or 5 stars but 5 is justified. first order of aluminium profile was delayed by a fortnight. however customer support were very understanding and apologetic, and offered a one off discount with future orders. my subsequent order arrived quicker than their website states. faith fully restored. thank you kjn and in particular rhiannon. all the best. james

One of the best online purchase experience and not only that, their staff is AMAZING and extremely helpful and kind. All started asking for a slice of a specific profile and they sent me a proper sample, after this I have placed 2 orders which were manufactured and dispatched very quickly with very precise and clean cuts. SUPER SLOW DELIVERY ! 8 days after ordering and I'm still awaiting my delivery. I could have brought the same products from RS next day! They use the only courier firm that cannot tell you when it will arrive its ridiculous. Cost me time and money, never again !
