I have been a client since it opened and always buying packages. Apparently my package ha literally just expired. I completely understand it is my responsibility to check as well, but it would have been helpful to have a customer portal online to do that, rather than making a journey every time. Or even someone from a salon as part of the customer service, call from the salon or send an email that your package is coming to an end and you have minutes left to use. 30min lost just like that. will not be returning

Having been using Sun Beds for many years I can hands down say this is the nicest/cleanest/freindliest/most welcoming tanning salon I have used. Unless extremely busy there is usually a bed free (I have perhaps waited twice in over a year). The beds are always clean and rooms stocked with toiletries which is a nice touch. Always nice to catch up with Atilla when I come in and always welcomed with a friendly hello. Would certainly recomend to anyone in the area looking to get a tan! Service: Tanning
