Called me for an interview. I waited for 45 mins for interview panel to come. They came and asked me one question and then said that we only need candidate with a particular certificate. I really believe that all the required things shall be included in the job description so candidates do not waste their time. I genuinely felt very bad. Adopt-care should really focus on HR team to ensure that they are not letting down their visitors/staff. Hope they will consider this review as a positive step.

Our Mum has been here for 4 years and despite the difficulties of Covid she has been extremely well looked after. The staff have always been brilliant and continue to be so now. Mum's happiness is their total commitment and we wouldn't have her anywhere else. It's not easy having Mum in a home but we trust the staff to do so and knowing that makes it that much Easier. I worked as a temporary admin staff through an agency I absolutely loved working here to be honest I have been temping for a while and since I have been the staff turn around was horrendous the last time I did some shifts last month a residents family member complained there was no reception cover but I was on a lunch break which I'm entitled to x the manager tracy was off I was always helpful but the amount of complaints I heard whilst there was ridiculous!!! The manager was always getting free meals and said she will be on call on weekend but when I called she would never answer

Kiwi House is a brilliant place to work everyone is friendly and keen to help not only the residents but other members of staff. Management is always supportive, egar to teach their staff new skills and promote. Residents are always care for, treated with dignity and wishes are always met. One of the best care homes I have ever worked in and is were I would want my loved ones to be.
