I have asked for an estimate for a dent repair (car bumper corner). The estimate was for £425 and mentioned only spraying the affected area. In order to avoid having to pay £425 just for spraying, I asked if the estimate covers also the dent repair. No reply. I waited 2 months, then I asked again. No reply. So it looks like the intention was to come and spray the affected area and then ask for £425. I am glad I did not go through with it. EDIT: I am not sure how my question was read but what was said was the following: 9 December 2012 Kiwi colour: "Hi Thanks for your enquiry and photos the repair to the * scratched and dented front wing ( full wing respray ) * scratched front bumper corner ( full corner of the bumper respray) would be a full days work and with paint and materials £420 in total for mobile service to you Just to let you know the earliest availability I have is after 17th January" This estimate mentioned in brackets (read by me as a potential summary) "full wing respray and full corner and bumper respray", so to make sure there will be no potential missunderstanding, I asked the following: 10 December 2012 myself: "Hello, Thank you for the estimate. I will give you an answer soon, but before that could you please confirm that the repair work will not consist only of a respray of the damaged areas, but also dent removal, in other words the car is restored to the same condition as it was before this road incident took place? Thank you, Best regards, Cristian THEN NO REPLY FOR 3 MONTHS. I DON"T THINK I WAS SAYING IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE, WAS I ? After 3 months, seeing there was no reply, on 27 MArch 2023 I wrote again: Hello, In your estimate you mentioned: * scratched and dented front wing ( full wing respray ) * scratched front bumper corner ( full corner of the bumper respray) I know it is a silly question but I have to make sure please: is your price estimate including the dent repair, since you specified only the respraying of the affected areas). Thank you NO REPLY ONCE AGAIN. Several days later I left this review. Service: Body & Trim

Just finished the spray work with Rick. I had to say it was an excellent experience for buying their service! £180 for the bumper, plus little touch up of the door edge for free, plus super polite? That's a reasonable price and I am satisfied with these 2 hours. They are highly recommended and I will find them again if I got scratch again. Service: Painting
