We have used Kitty Angels for the first time in October and November 2022 for a total of three weeks. It is the first time we have left our cheeky bunch, Theo, Marley and Ralph with a cat sitting service as Marley decided he would go on hunger strike in a Cattery during 2021. We first met Jenni who came around and talked about the services provided. We felt so comfortable with the prospect of Kitty Angels. When it came to the holidays, Kay looked after our boys. I was very apprehensive as to how they would be being left at home but Kay was fantastic. We had daily updates, photos and video clips! All the boys were well looked after and Kay stimulated them and fed them lots of treats so much so I think they want Kay back not us! They even bought Kay a “gift” they loved her that much! Theo needs medicating twice daily and Kay kept him in check with his meds. Kay even managed affection from Marley who is a one person cat. It was him who was anxious at a Cattery, we have certainly done the right thing by using Kitty Angels. Kay went above and beyond with some personal touches prior to our return from holiday, each cat had a treat and we were left with some milk, bread and sweat treats. Such a kind gesture and really made us feel at ease at using a pet sitting service. Kay even put our bins out for us. Jenni has also looked after our boys for a couple of days too, and the boys tell me that she was just as attentive as Kay. We will definitely be using Kitty Angels for our future holidays. What an amazing company. We have a very nervous rescue cat, we booked Kitty Angels to come and look after her, so we didn't have to stress her out getting her in and out of her cat basket. Carmel did an awesome job, she kept us updated daily and included photos. We will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I would highly recommend this service. I had a detailed phone consultation about my cat, then an at home walk through of where everything is and what she needed each day. I got photo updates twice a day and knew she looked happy. There was even bread and milk in the fridge for when I got home off holiday. Would happily use this service again. Thanks Kitty Angels

I never have to worry when I go on holiday anymore! Claire has been to my house a couple of times now to look after my cat, Ralph and he is always really happy when I come home. I much prefer having him stay at home than him going to a Cattery where he gets very distressed and struggles to handle the car journey. Ralph really enjoys Claire’s company - I can always sense this and that makes me happy. I enjoy the regular photo updates when I’m away and I know he is taken good care of. Claire watered my dying Chive plant while I was away which I was very grateful for! She also makes up the food timers and leaves a little treat for us for when we’ve returned. I absolutely trust Claire with the keys to my home / Ralph’s care and would never hestitate again to contact them.
