Great place and setup if you are a lover of cats. You need to book online, through the website and book a suitable time slot. There are certain time slots for younger children but all the details are there. It was simple to book. It was easy to locate, just a short walk from the main city centre. It is very secure entry for kitties safety. The food and drink was enjoyable. Then the rest of the time it was "I spy which cat."

Beautiful place Extremely gloriously gorgeous darling delightful dear divine cats🐈😻🐈You can stroke them, they're sooo immensely friendly adorable Some sat next to us on the empty chairs on our table, some got on the table for cuddles They are all marvelous miraculous miracles We totally completely love it there & can't wait to go again ✨☘️🙏

**UPDATE** Thank you for your reply and explanation, next time I will be sure to know telepathically that my child will get sick and cancel 24h in advance. Didn't get the lady's name, she sounded quite young is all I could gather. But glad to hear her being horrible to a paying customer is "no fault of your own". Wishing you the best of luck with your business. -- Couldn't attend my booking due to my youngest child waking up very sick this morning. He was supposed to have gone to nursery while I attended the booking with my 5 year old. My booking was 10am-11am. Because I'm a widow and dealing with my children alone, I wasn't able to stop to call them until 10:30am. I was polite and just asked if anything could be done, maybe if it could be rescheduled, and was shouted at by an incredibly rude staff member. I hung up as I'm not going to tolerate being shouted at for asking a question. Not a good first impression and a loss of a £12 booking fee, and a shame because it seemed like it would've been a lovely experience for my daughter.

Really friendly host ( the lady that ran the cafe) the cats are fab too - my 8year old son loved the print out of the cats with their names- he wanted to match each cat to their name - the pancakes were amazing too! We can’t wait to go again! Kid-friendliness: My 8year old son and I were made to feel very welcome and the cats loved him too! the few that wanted their own space told him without hurting him.
