Really great service, run very well and very open - perfect kind of startup that disrupts age old rental house system in a great way. Everyone who works there, from staff to founder are easily contactable if you have any problems or questions. Verification process of users is great way to know people are who they say they are and keep your kit safe. Improvements to the platform all the time, I've suggested a few things and great to see them be developed and actioned. I feel totally safe renting my kit out as well as relying on others for good quality kit to use.

Have used this service about six times now. It's like airbnb for A/V and art equipment. Or rather - airbnb in the old days when it was genuinely peer-to-peer. Prices are much lower than hiring through the usual commercial places, there's a great selection of equipment dotted throughout London, and it's particularly good for photography, filmmaking and art exhibitions (I discovered KitMapper when I was in need of a couple of TV screens for an art show). Lenders will sometimes offer delivery if you ask, which can be very convenient. There's also a certain satisfaction that my money is going to support individual artists and creatives rather than some faceless company..
