Whilst handing over significant treasure and spending my families inheritance in support of feeding my kiting habit is not always the best way to stay on the right side of the 'happy wife-happy life' mantra, if you have to spend aforementioned treasure on something you want but probably don't unequivocally need, these fine fellows are the people to help you do it. Whilst my foil turned up incomplete (fault never determined), their efforts to address and 'own the issue' is appreciated and a jolly good reason to use this outlet vice any other. My missing mast and mast head was subsequently sourced, sent and tracked. Even a ferral bolt was replaced in support of my assured smiles. Just need some wind, a tonne of brave pills and some luck and I'll be as cool as the knarly doods on YouTube. Seriously though. If spending serious cash. It's reassuring to know you'll be looked after.
