Terrible service, this company has cost us thousands due to their incompetence. We will never use Kite glass again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them, there is many other companies that offer a far more professional service at a lower cost.

What a ridiculous company. I've just got a quote for a piece of glass of £45 but their policy states that they have a delivery charge of over £200 and if I collect myself there is a collection charge/minimum charge of £150 !! Therefore a £45 sheet of glass would cost me £195 !! The reason given - Management policy - very sad
