We purchased some large letter postal tubes.. Be warned these have not actually been tested to see if they will withstand going through the Royal Mail network of automated machines. we started using these between 3-4 weeks ago, we have had 45+ go missing, we have had to refund all the customers and being a business you cant claim for lost post if you are using the business post service. Kite couldn't care less about their product very clearly state it made to fit to large letter requirements, but has not been tested to see if it works within the Royal Mail system.. Instead I just get told to claim from Royal Mail for my lost items and its got nothing to do with them. I started using large letter boxes and guess what not a single item gone missing... Clear assumption here is these 25mm diameter postal tubes are to small and are falling through the cages or conveyor belts...
