    Universal tape dispenser , combined with cross weave tape doesn’t work . Left with blood and unusable tape .. nowhere does is state on the website that these two combinations can be used .. very disappointed and now having stitches in my finger ..

    We use kite packaging for over 1 year. We had issues but we are too busy to complain until recently we received badly damaged boxes and when we did complain i was told it wont effect the box but our customer will have an ugly box to unwrap. I think this is our last order with kite packaging. Will have to find new supplier. Very disappointed in our last order and how kite packaging friendly service team deals with things.
