Fantastic service. I have a pair of Kite glasses which have been my glasses for years, but recently I sat on them and and bent them out of shape. When I went in the friendly staff fixed, adjusted and cleaned the glasses immediately as a courtesy. Very happy and would definitely buy from here again.

The guys are very nice and they even fixed my glasses in just a few minutes to look brand new after I had a little accident and bent them (stupid me). Many thanks for that!!

My favourite and forever opticians! Absolutely LOVE them!!! The team are amazing, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, lovely, funny and just the best. Their frames are stylishly unique, have a retro and cool look and have inspired many friendly chats from inquisitive friends and strangers. They’re very honest regarding suitable frames for your face so you know you’re walking away with absolutely the right frame(s). They don’t rush or pressure you, everything is very thorough and even small details you never even considered are dealt with. I recently bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses and the clarity, comfort that came with the high quality lenses really surprised me. Definitely money well spent. I’m already shopping for prescription sunglasses 😎 from them!

The staff were exceptional, attentive and professional. They took time to explain about the overall process in particular the different levels of lens you could have in your chosen frames. You did not feel pushed into purchasing from them and it was a very relaxed atmosphere all round. A fabulous experience and I would recommend Kite to others for sure.
