Do not order from this site! Goods are not provided, promised refunds are not processed and they still advertise the same items weeks later. They work out of a serviced office, so there is no shop. Absolute con merchants who are out to make a quick profit from genuine people. Annoyed with myself that I didn't do any due dilligence on them before ordering. You may get a response saying they had an issue with their supplier, but the communication will dry up instantly once you chase up your promised refund. My claim is currently with my Bank's fraud team to help sort out. Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars. STEER CLEAR!

I purchased a Ninja Air Fryer from this company and they did not deliver it. I had to email them to find out where my delivery was, and they then advised that they didn't have them in stock and would refund my purchase within 48 hours. I have not received the refund and you cannot call them as their contact number is constantly engaged. They are now not responding to emails, so I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. I have also reported them to trading standards, as they are still advertising the air fryer as available to purchase on their website and it is not listed as out of stock! Dreadful company - do not purchase anything from them!

After ordering a ninja air fryer from this company, and realising I'd ordered the wrong one, I was seriously worried after reading other reviews, mainly regarding scams!! The company have been absolutely delightful, and efficient, at returning my emails and refunding my money very quickly! They've even offered me 20% off my next order!! They would have got 5 stars if I could have got in touch by phone!! Thank you Kitchmaster!! 🙂
