These guys are fantastic..... Kitchen price was considerably cheaper than anyone else we went to (we explored several additional companies). All fabricated products (cabinet's and doors etc.) very well constructed using premium materials and all 3rd party components (hinges etc) of solid construction. As far as kitchens go, I have fitted a few of these before and this was comparably by far the easiest to fit. All carcasses which could be pre-assembled came pre assembled, all other components clearly labelled and easy to identify on the kitchen plan they provided . We mistakenly chucked a few components out during the build and these guys bent over backwards to get us replacement parts within a few days, only charging us for the delivery (they could have screwed us as in no way were they contractually obliged to help as the error was ours). Easy to call and ask for help, none of this email contact only nonsense. I cant fault these guys and they are definitely our 'go to' in future. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t fault kitchens4diy. We’ve had our kitchen 4/5 years now and, as you’d hope, it still looks good. The sales person was really helpful throughout. When we got sent a damaged part and a part was missing, this was rectified really quickly. All the units fitted exactly and were easy to assemble, according to our fitter. A first class service but without the eye watering price tag. I would happily use them again.

This is a warning to customers, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They promise a lot but do not deliver. They give you 72 hours to check delivery (against confusing codes) and then do not get back to you about shortages for nearly a month, no acknowledgement or communication, nothing. The units should all be assembled and yet we had 2 doors missing, 2 doors not fitted, shelf not supplied, doors not alighned etc etc...I could go on. Although the units are good, the information supplied is awful and wrong (even B&Q is far superior). We spent over £9k and could have got the same thing with a much better, superior service elsewhere; wish I had never bought from this company. Be warned, the company promises do not match what you finally yet. Makes me so angry.
