    Joy is a great host. We had an amazing time and learnt a lot on food, healthy diets and the best ingredients combinations. Her food is tasty, creative and brings joy all along! Thank you for this delightful evening. Would highly recommend one of her classes as she has got many. Note: you may even get a chance to go home with some leftover cakes to extend the pleasure to the next day

    As a cooking novice, this course was purchased for me as a birthday present and I absolutely loved it! It goes to show that vegetarian food can be delicious and exciting. Joy was a great host and I really appreciated that she used her nutritional and scientific expertise to explain the health benefits of what were cooking and why each ingredient should be incorporated in our diets. I also liked the informal setting and relaxed atmosphere which provided a chance to get to know the host and the other participants. The class has inspired me to continue to learn more about vegetarian cooking and perhaps try some of the other themed classes on offer. It certainly was a 'Joy' and I would definitely recommend it!

    Overall a nice evening with Joy. I attended the Gluten Free cooking course. I wouldn’t call it a cooking course as I chopped a few things and made a smoothie. Joy did the cooking so I wouldn’t consider it an interactive experience. I have coeliac disease, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend this course for anyone with this diagnosis. Joy discussed theories of ´leaky gut’ which is widely disproven and asked on one occasion if I just sometimes have bread. It was a nice evening and may be good for someone who doesn’t have coeliac, but for someone with a diagnosis I wouldn’t recommend. Joy may keep her gluten free equipment separate but this wasn’t clear and I doubt this was the case even though I asked in advance. Not in my opinion value for money and not an evidence based approach.

    We took the evening vegan class and loved it! Joy was very welcoming and a great host in general. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was so nice to sit down and eat it together afterwards. It was also really informative, we learned a lot about nutrition in general and the best foods to eat on a plant-based diet. Overall it was a lovely evening, I would highly recommend it!
