Looks a fairly pleasant housing development but the builder has ripped the guts and history out of the location. Removal of such an important aspect of the towns history is cultural vandalism at its worst. The retention of so little that was original is a farce and council, or whoever signed off on this development, should hang their heads in shame

This is a beautiful development of carefully thought through modern, eco housing. We feel very lucky to have been able to purchase one of the new 3 bed homes. We love the use of space, the high spec interiors, the transport connectivity and the proximity to both Chatham and Rochester town centres. Our purchase was made all the more smooth by the kind and considerate approach from all those we communicated with, throughout the process of buying the property.

Adam was incredibly helpful, efficient, supportive and amazing throughout the whole house buying process for my husband and myself. He was very supportive and would email us back anytime of the day if we had any queries. He referred us to every single contact he had to ensure that we got everything we need done in order to complete the mortgage and finally we got there at the end. It was a shame that we couldn't make it in time before the stamp duty holiday but it is alright we got there at the end. We definitely couldn't of done it without Adam so thank you :) and we can't wait to move in.

TJ and Adam were incredibly helpful and proactive during the house buying process for myself and my husband as we purchased our home here. They let us look around numerous times, arranged meetings, emails and documents for our many questions however obscure and helped ensure we got through before the end of the stamp duty holiday for which we were very grateful. We are very happy in our new home. There are some snagging issues as to be expected but on the whole these are being worked through fairly quickly and efficiently which I hope continues.

From the start of the home buyer if process TJ & Adam from sales has been amazing. The communication and actual service from them made the process soo smooth! They were constantly keeping me updated and answered any question I had any day of the week! Couldn’t thank the pair enough! The homes are really beautiful and super happy with my choice. When you move in you get a very detail pack with lots of information about building material used & function ect & also emergency contact number list. From my experience they have been very prompt in sending someone out and issue being sorted! My only little negative feedback is communication from aftercare. When moving to a new build home, of course you are to expect a lil bit of snags. I reported my snag list as instructed but it’s been weeks and haven’t got a single reply to say it’s even been acknowledged! It’s a lil frustrating & hopefully I get a reply soon. I’ll probably email again if not. But overall still happy with my home. Thanks TJ & Adam!
