I had a broken top on a grinder and, without any quibbling, he quickly and generously arranged to have a full replacement delivered free of charge. Even better, when it arrived and I realised I'd given him the wrong size, he straightaway arranged to have the right size delivered to me, even though it was my error. It is such a pleasure these days to deal with a company that gives excellent customer service. I purchased a potato chipper as a Christmas gift, unfortunately there was an issue with the item, so I contacted the company and they offered to replace the item and when I asked if it could be sent direct to the gift receiver that was no problem. The recipient of the gift was really pleased with the chipper and had no hesitation in accepting the offer of a replacement.

I spoke with Marcus after my beloved Built Tilt travel mugs lid broke, I'd had it for a few years and it had travelled! This was the best travel mug, the brew stayed hot and the mug never leaked! Sadly my mug has now been discontinued, but Marcus was kind enough to send me out a full replacement mug. This is incredible customer service and I would highly recommend this company.
