Several attempts to perfect our design later, she was always on hand if we had any questions and kept us up-to-date on the status of our order including electrical items. We were looking for good quality kitchen units with real wood doors. Kelvin introduced us to the Masterclass range and after many design meetings we got a great kitchen. Throughout this Kelvin was always very helpful and responsive which made the process smooth and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a few snags, as you might expect, which Kelvin resolved without drama. Kelvin also recommended a kitchen fitter, someone he had worked with on other projects, who did a great job for us. With her artistic eye and experienced respect for functionality, she magically turned our tiny cramped kitchen into a beautiful cooking space for two, and our small third bedroom into a generous office/work room. Not only are we delighted with the final result but from beginning to end Emma consulted and communicated with us regularly. She came up with the designs, made suggestions for appliances and fittings, ordered all materials, recommended builders, and as the building work commenced, she checked in regularly to consult with us and the builders. When asked, she even offered suggestions for decorating and redesigning other areas of the house. We are really impressed and pleased with the high quality of the new spaces and of Emma’s work ethic.
