We had our new Kitchen done from Kitchen Shoppe recently the service was amazing. Vix helped us to select the best kitchen design, fitter was really skilled and helpful, we are lucky we didnt go with wren kitchen. ngl quite impressed with the customer service and the appliances, can’t really find good customer service in london so it was really nice. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The design we got was amazing!! honestly i was so overwhelmed with all the choices that it was hard to choose from. Overall i would definitely recommend to get your appliances and kitchen from here cause they’re so good at designing and just everything!!

Our local kitchen shop wasn't able to source appliance models that we wanted and when looking for someone who could, we found the Kitchen Shoppe and they kindly agreed to help us. While they didn't design our kitchen (and in retrospect I wish they had) - they patiently talked me through different appliance models and what would work with my counter top (we wanted a venting flush induction hob) and the pro's/con's of the different makes. Ultimately they got me a great price when ordering all my appliances, and expertly coordinated delivery around the company that was fitting the kitchen (which was above and beyond considering they typically fit kitchens themselves). Finally, when one popular manufacturer let us down with its hob delivery - they stuck with us to help find solutions. Given this experience, I would certainly recommend them for the entire job - trustworthy and committed, thanks!

Very impressed with the service received at Kitchen Shoppe. Sanjay was out first port of call. He was extremely helpful in creating a design for the rooms and went through the practicalities of what could work in terms of layout. Thereafter Kunal took over when the fitting was to take place. As project manager he oversaw the process to make sure the fitting was perfect and made sure completion was to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Got them to fit wardeobes. Gave us absolutely great service from beginning to end. From meeting Sanjay at the ideal home show to after the final fit. Sanjay came to do a free visit to measure up and gave us an image and estimate within a day, with a competitive price (some other independent companies charge for this service) They gave us a 4 to 5 week completion date (comapared with two of the most popular wardrobe companies who where 11 to 15 weeks), but the kitchen shoppe beat theyre own time frame and completed within 3 weeks. The communication!!! Outstanding!!! I 1st dealt mainly with Sanjay and then Kunal, Sanjay was professional without being too formal. We had a watsapp for him which made communication so easy and he always responded so quickly. As well as Kunal who took charge of the delivery, setup and supervision of the two fitters. The fitters where so good such a shame i didnt get their names. Fitting was booked for a thurs and fri, there was a day delay which changed it to the fri and sat, however the fitters smashed it in a day! (Oh lets not forget the polite delivery guys too!) If i had to give a negative its two minor things, the pieces came without protection, I was worried about damage as we are under renovation with debris everywhere, but it is such good quality i haven't yet seen any damage. 2nd is that there was alot of saw dust, (ideally get fitted before carpet) and there are pieces left that we will have to dispose of (but we are under renovation so you never know they may come into use) We havnt moved in so we havn't started utilizing it yet. But id definitely recommend them and use them again.

We were looking for good quality kitchens in Osterley and found Kitchen Shoppe in the area. The quality of the kitchen furniture was good so we decided to go ahead. Prab was really helpful, he sat down for hours to finalize the design and came up with great solutions. The pricing was surprisingly really cheap compare to other places we visited. Fitting team was absolutely great, we had few issues with couple of units but Kitchen Shoppe team sort them out at no time. Overall it was great experience and Free Neff Dishwasher was also helpful. Thanks Prab and the team for our dream kitchen. Will come back to you guys for Bathrooms end of the year.

We were looking for Kitchen & Bathrooms for our home extension in Kingston and visited various showrooms and ended up finalising Kitchen Shoppe because of the stories we heard from friends and family and we realised that their prices were really competitive, Product was better than others and design was out of box. And we realised that almost every kitchen company offer the same but you cannot replace the experience with anything and that's what make us go with them that they have been in the business since 36yrs, they must be good.
