I have to say that the whole process from designing to installation was smooth and easy with high attention to details and professional advice on functionality and the look we wanted.   We are delighted with the service from Kitchen Revolution. Kitchen Revolution designed the kitchen and installed the worktop for us. We commissioned a third-party fitter to install the kitchen cabinets and appliances, which I regret because it took extremely long. The kitchen quality is excellent and exactly what we expected. Although the worktop installation was not smooth, but they dealt with the issues professionally and rectified the mistakes until we were satisfied. We particularly found Victor Berczeli to be very professional and easy to deal with. As a designer he listened carefully to what we wanted from the kitchen and delivered an excellent design. He helped us greatly throughout the selection process and explained every choice in a way that we can understand. Although we didn’t let the Kitchen Revolution to fit the kitchen cabinets, throughout the installation whenever I needed support Victor was responsive and helpful and we felt that he had our interests at heart at all times.   I Could not recommend a more professional or Caring company to work with. We came to Kitchen revolutions with tired and quite frankly a sore state of a kitchen and the team were just incredible. They not only went above and beyond to give us the best possible outcome we could've hoped for, but their aftercare was outstanding.   We decided to replace our kitchen as it looked tired and our young boys were through the destruction phase (well, we hope)! We visited Kitchen Revolutions in December 2021, and were greeted by Viktor. He was welcoming, friendly and not pushy. We liked the look and quality of the product in the showroom and sent through measurements and pictures to allow him to come up with some designs. Viktor developed a couple of design ideas, and we moved forward with one of them. The design work was excellent and responsive. Through a few iterations, we arrived at a final plan and went ahead with the order at the end of January. Alongside this, Dariusz had been over to assess the work required for the fitting. This required removal of existing kitchen and floor, and the subsequent installation of the new kitchen. We wanted one vendor to own the project. We scheduled works to commence late April 2022. Subsequent to our order, we decided to also renovate our middle room (Victorian Terrace, lack of light). Viktor completed some excellent design work that essentially created banks of storage in the room. Kitchen Revolutions were able to arrange for the delivery of this second order 2-3 weeks after the kitchen units, to allow for a relatively seamless installation (at least on planner). The installation phase was by and large painless. Dariusz, Thomas and team arrived on the agreed date and had prepped the kitchen ahead of floor installation (Universal Flooring, next door to Kitchen Revolutions - excellent work Gary) and the arrival of kitchen units. They installed what they could to the point where we needed worktops cut and installed and put the middle room storage solution in during the downtime. Once worktops were installed the rest of the kitchen was finished. In all, we mentally budgeted 6-8 weeks for the work to be done (including some downtime) and the project was on time. At time of writing, we are waiting for oven and microwave oven to be delivered and plugged in, still within the 20 weeks waiting time advised (which is a joke, but no fault of Kitchen Revolutions). We are very happy with the outcome and the overall experience. We naturally shy away from material works on the basis of the hassle involved, but we worked with skilled, honest people who knew what they were doing and whom we grew to trust. We would recommend Kitchen Revolutions and would use them again (if we move).
