I would not even be giving it 1 star for customer service. Once they take your money they dont honour any guarantee they promised before placing order. Poor workmanship still waiting to be corrected. Edging of kitchen doors of poor quality , and placement of doors. My numerous calls to this company have been answered rudely and of no help. Avoid at all costs!!

Very poor customer service. I had ordered one wardrobe gave advance but no one turned up on the appointment date. They gave me another date and same issue. It happened again and again ultimately I did cancel my order and demand for my refund. They did credit amount in my account but debit again after 15 minutes without my knowledge. When I approached them again they did not apologise but said we are busy we will refund over the phone later. Still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional approach and poor customer service. Will advise to stay away and go to somewhere else to save your time and money.

After getting quotes from other company’s , tried kitchen factory who’s quote was by far cheaper then the rest and they had Exacly what we wanted. Had an appointment with Terry who was fantastic gave us a date for measurements and when kitchen would be delivered. There were a few hiccups along due to some Incorrect measurements (done by another worker) but Terry was amazing throughout the whole stressful process and went out of his way to email and call with updates and ensure the situation was resolved and we were happy . We were really happy with the service and would highly recommend them!!

I contacted The Kitchen Factory following a recommendation after being messed about by Wicks who clearly are not the experts they would like their customers to believe. One member of The Kitchen Factory sales team (Terry) helped and advised during the appointment in a self assured and confident manner, which covered all aspects of the fitting and cost. I have to say that while initially attending for ‘an estimate’ the cost was so much cheaper than Wicks (half the price) that we agreed there and then for the fitting and were given an installation date. The fitting was carried out by Mick, who I found to be the consummate professional with extensive experience and knowledge who regularly advised and updated me throughout the whole process. I will not say there were no niggles along the way, a wrong part or some other small issue either by the supplier or the fitter, bit I will say that whenever there was an issues, as few as there were, both The Kitchen Factory and Mick worked together to resolve the issue very quickly and entirely to my satisfaction. Mick even went above and beyond the work that had been estimated for which I am grateful. As a result of their endeavours I have a new and beautiful kitchen that is the same as the one I was going to order from Wicks (the Sofia range) but for half the price. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Mick as the fitter...he likes his tea! Many thanks.
