I rang Kit last week and spoke to a very friendly and knowledgable chap who gave me some sound advice as to why my MacBook wasn't charging. I dropped it off with them on Monday March 6th and was informed it was probably the charging ports they would investigate and call me on Tuesday. They rang me on the Tuesday as promised and told me it was the ports and they could order them in and have it ready for me on Wednesday. Sure enough I got a call and was told it was fixed and ready to collect. It was all done very efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I have worked in the customer service industry for nearly 40 years so I know good service when I see it. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!

Went to York IT Services first and was told that it would cost 438 GBP to fix, buying a new computer would be cheaper, and would take 4 weeks. I later went to KIT York in hope of some better news. KIT York was able to fix my computer in TWO DAYS and charged me 148 GBP instead. My computer is as good as new and it took almost no time to fix. The people working at KIT were also quite nice. The Italian fellow also gave me a new charger free of charge. Definelty reccommed KIT.
