    DISHONEST ! Each time I order on deliveroo, they re late. They use their own delivery service. I call they say driver is on the way. Then after 30 mn late when I m about to cancel they say driver is leaving now, he will be there in 15 mn. Proper liar. No apologies. Total: 45 mn late for drinks ( not even food)!

    Very good food lamb koobideh with rice. Good service by Egyptian manager who is trying to train many new waiters about F And B. Music is wonderful but sometimes too noisy because of kids. Good family place but not for dates unless you just want the coffee and their first class Pistachio cakes.

    Made an order on Deliveroo around 12:30 am Dec 16th. 3 vanilla gelato’s, a pistachio raspberry tart and a Dulce Mille Feuille. By 7:30 the SAME DAY, I went to eat the pistachio and raspberry tart, the fresh raspberries had mould underneath them so not too sure how old that tart was. The ice cream was a really nice thick consistency, just a tad too sweet for me.

    I placed an order through deliveroo. The food was amazing. But the delivery guy was rude: first, I had to give my personal number. Then, the guy was shouting at me in front of other people that I should put my number and and address on deliveroo, WHICH ARE ALREADY THERE. I tried telling him but he kept talking over me. Very rude. I just walked away and he kept talking after I was walking off. The shop owner sounded lovely and the food was good, but I will not be ordering from here again.

    We had dessert at this seemingly quaint and delightful lounge hoping to enjoy some cake. Not only were the desserts ridiculously overpriced, they tasted of cleaning product. When we informed the waiter, he was very rude and offered no compensation or apologies. We will not be returning again.

    I only got a waffle and a coffee and the only thing i could complain about is that there was definitely too much Nutella on my waffle making it way too sweet and I couldn’t finish it. More is not always better. Otherwise staff was lovely and got some takeaway cheesecake which was great

    Beautiful place with great service & wonderful ambience. I had the English breakfast which is a big portion and it was delicious. I also had karak tea which tasted nice & strong. The Nutella, strawberry & banana crepe was divine. Oreo milkshake was perfect, first time having a smooth and flavourful Oreo milkshake. It was spot on! Thank you Kish.
