Whichever department you talk to from bins, highways or complaints you are met rudeness. They charge huge amounts if council tax and just deny any issues when complaints are put in against them. An example is we had a green bin refused to be emptied as 'there was a takeaway bag in there which MIGHT have still had food in it'.
