Today I attended at the customer services with an enquiry regarding a planning notice. At reception I spoke to a lady, gave my reasons for what I was trying to find out. This lady was straight away very helpful, explained the computer system to me and set the system up for me. She said if I had a problem just to get in touch with her, which I did, and she sorted it out. At all times the staff were courteous and helpful. I can only rate the service in the highest possible way and also thank them.
