I find the KNH housing staff very rude and need training in my opinion and some staff need to learn about data protection as some rent officers feel the need to discuss all your information with friends out of office !!!!!!!

From my experience l it seems no-one seems to know anything and no-one knows whom to ask. Henceforth nothing gets done. Is there a worse council in the country? Is it possible to be any worse than Kirklees?
