    I was referred to Jacqueline Clarke here who was supposed to be a benefits specialist but told me totally wrong information about PIP mandatory reconsideration. She said that a MR wouldn't ever change the outcome which is a lie! She said it is court only which isn't true whatsoever. I questioned her and she didn't reply. I replied again and she wouldn't accept blame and said that if I question her that she won't reply. I replied and she turned on out of office until 1st Feb. Much too late for my MR! How utterly childish to do that. She should have said sorry and gave correct info, instead she tried to pass blame to me! I would never ever use them again because of this.
