1 star because Google doesn't let you give 0. I said that I wanted to speak with a doctor about my daughter who is 3, I didn't even want an appointment and receptionist was telling me things that I already knew. I'm a nurse and although I'm not an expert on everything surely I know more than the receptionist. Then they don't want you to go to A&e but if the primary care that it supposed to be to avoid trips and admissions to the hospital doesn't work there is no other option

The receptionist is so extremely rude for no reason. I understand they must deal with a lot of calls but that is no reason to be so unprofessional and uncaring for someone. I called through after there had been a mix up with my prescription, the receptionist told me I should not be calling unless it was an emergency, even though I was struggling to breathe. Apparently not an emergency?

Avoid at all cost. Appalling, whenever I need help they are not there. They really don't care if you spend hours on the phone for them to answer, or if you come in very poorly. Such a Shame Dr Evans, has gone, as the surgery actually provided a decent service then.

Left in hold for half an hour, then they cut me off coz they closed the lines. They know I have COPD and Asthma, and I'm now in need of antibiotics due to a chest infection. Even then, I have to go in to see a doctor or triage nurse. But not today as there are no appointments available !!!!! So by tomorrow, I will hardly be able to breathe, I'll have to travel to the surgery for them to tell me I need antibiotics , CRAZY.....
