I had them round to value my property in November 2022. I sold it through another agent but let me tell what this agent did wrong. They ignored my first email request for a valuation. They ignored my first voicemail request for a valuation. Jay came to value. He seemed very professional but valued the property £5k less than it actually sold for. Not going with Kirkham Chadderton was an easy decision and the right one.
