This firm is absolutely superb. We had a very complicated process selling a house where the owner died in 2005, with missing deeds, problems with the Land Registry, probate and so on. All requests were dealt with not just quite promptly but immediately, and if a staff member was off, someone else was assigned and briefed. Thank you Hazel, Edwina, Jenny and Bob. Excellent service from start to finish. After completing initial forms and providing the information required at the outset,we just let Kathryn and her assistant Tracy get on with the job. They contacted us when needed, and our sale proceeded to a quick completion.It also helped that Kirkham Legal were able to act for our purchasers as well ( normal solicitors cannot do this) which saved a lot of time and aggravation. Their fees for such a professional service were very reasonable and more than compared with other quotes obtained.
