Kirbys Coaches are fantastic and the customer service is brilliant. We were let down by a local coach company 2 days before we were due to take 45 children into central London. Kirbys stepped up and rescued the situation. Special mention to Becky who pulled out all the stops to get us to the Shaftesbury Theatre on time. Absolutley legend who took time out of her Sunday morning to make it happen. Can't tell you how much we appreciated it! x

Booked for the first time, trip to Oxford & Christmas Market. Coach on time and decorated lovely, nice Christmas songs and not too loud. Not too many pick ups which is always a bonus, had a quick 20 minute stop on the way and arrived in Oxford just before 12, we had 6 hours which was perfect. Coach left on time and dropped off just before 8.30. Driver was informative at all times and a little bit funny.... Start to finish was brilliant, thank you. Will definitely book again and recommend.
